“Team building by sport” workshops

Bruno Oppenheim is an international consultant who specialises in all aspects of sport. Media Coaching Group and Bruno Oppenheim have joined forces to offer a team building coaching programme called “Team building by sport”.

OBJECTIVE OF OUR “TEAM BUILDING BY SPORT” PROGRAMMES

  • Strengthen team unity:
    • Build on joint physical activity, in a different context of sense and complicity,
    • Have managers of all ages and genders take a step back
    • Mobilise energies, by having these participants reflect on analogies between what they experience and the situation of the company.

PRINCIPLES OF “TEAM BUILDING BY SPORT”

Make teams communicate

  • Have teams talk amongst themselves
  • Practice activities together
  • Share feelings
