Vine benchmark workshop
OBJECTIVE OF OUR “BENCHMARK DE LA VIGNE” / “VINE BENCHMARK” PROGRAMME
- Improve company performance:
- thanks to the development tools used in hypothetical situations that help clients explore their emotions,
- by listening to others and being sensitive to their feelings, in order to improve the professional relationship,
- considering the unforeseeable hazards and the complexity of managing several roles,
- by drawing inspiration from the best wine-growing practices, and adapting them to management.
PRINCIPALS OF THE PROGRAMME
- Why the vineyard?:
- the vineyard incorporates a number of roles: what is an artist? He takes raw material: paint, bronze, fabric, words, notes, grapes and transforms them into a work of art (successful or otherwise, that’s another matter). The vine grower, a slave to the weather, is also vine farmer, trading B to B and B to C.
- tasting is for everyone: tasting is like ping-pong, everyone can enjoy it.
- tasting encourages sharing, coming together
- Taste to:
- return to/discover the basics
- recapture/discover emotions
- share an unforgettable experience,
- establish positive emotional states.
- tasting using criteria and professional tasting tables,
- games / discovering flavours, textures,
- expressing physical perception, images which emerge
- line up perceptions and the emotional state of participants,
- Implications within the company
- to ensure decision making processes flow,
- to be aware of the performance method and hold team talks,
- improve management performance,
- strengthen team identity and unity.
