Paul-Hervé Vintrou
Paul-Hervé VINTROU, founder of Media Coaching Group, is also Chairman of Media Consulting Group, consultancy and coaching company, specialising in media. He has proven experience as a manager of television, audiovisual production, internet, press and publishing companies. He also works with business executives.
He has a wide range of experience at an international level: missions for the European Union, internal organisations and the media in many different countries (Germany, England, Belgium, Benin, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burkina Faso, China, Ivory Coast, Croatia, Spain, United States, France, Guinea-Bissau, Italy, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Mali, Morocco, Montenegro, Niger, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Senegal, Serbia, Togo, Tunisia, Ukraine, Kosovo.)
He speaks German and regularly teaches and coaches in English.
International training followed by audiovisual production
After graduating in Economics in Germany (Europäisches Institut für Unternehmungsführung, Frankfurt - 1972) then the European Business School (Paris and London - 1973), he started at Vidéogrammes de France, as a researcher, progressing to Director of Marketing and then Deputy Director (television programme production).
Management of press companies
In 1979, he joined the Bayard group as Sales Network Director and then went on to become Secretary General at Notre Temps, where he designed a new editorial plan and developed advertising and other products.
Editor of L'Expansion, and Harvard Business Review (83-84) he introduced France to the more sophisticated techniques of the international press and organised Forums de L’Expansion.
Human Resources in the media
Chief Executive of Sirca (1985), a recruitment agency specialising in media, he developed the company internationally, namely in Spain.
Eighteen years developing media
He started at Canal+ in 1986 as Subscriptions Director, establishing a relationship with viewers across the globe; he went on to create two television magazines: Canal+ Magazine and Canalsat. He oversaw programme coordination and created la Journée de la Télé. He also played a role in launching channels abroad (Germany, Spain, Tunisia).
